One Week

One week ago today.....

My girls finished school for the year!
Excitement was in the air at the thought of sleeping in.

Since that time....

The girls have gotten their finals graded and each had 5 A's and 2 B's for their semester grades.
WHEW!
Their high school ball team won their regional championship game!
Dunlap has not done that since 2002.
They play their first sectional game tomorrow night.
We are hoping that they play hard and do their best against a team we have never seen.

Gabby made the All Conference Softball team for the second year in a row.
She was thrilled and Abby was proud!

Another niece graduated from high school and we partied like it was 1999.
OK, maybe we didn't party that hard but we ate some good food and enjoyed catching up with family :}

We spent Memorial Day with my family at Julie's house.
Great food, pool, boat and jet ski's.
It was the most FUN we have had in a long time!
The weather was glorious and the company wonderful.
I haven't laughed so hard in a long time.
AND I got a new pair of sunglasses to boot!

Today was back to the grind stone.
Tomorrow is a short day at work with the girls' game tomorrow night.
It is 2 hours away and starts at 5.
Makes for a long day and longer night.

That just about gets you up to speed.
